"Awesome customer support, but the app's a bit wonky..."
The support team is really helpful, but I had trouble with the app. I discovered that I could get around the issue by just powering my phone off and then on again.

"Great Variety of Survival Gear at Off The Grid"
Off The Grid offers a ton of products to help you navigate a world that seems to get more unpredictable by the day. It’d be nice to think all this chaos is just a bad dream, but sadly, that’s not the case. Ignoring the situation can be devastating, and it’s hard to imagine being unprepared when trouble comes knocking. This store is an awesome spot to grab long-lasting food supplies, tools, and other essentials that could vanish in a heartbeat. I’d rather be prepared than regret it later. Thanks, OTG!

"Awesome products delivered super quick."
Surefire has been a reliable brand for quite a while. OTG offers a nice variety of Surefire items. When I started looking for a particular product that not every Surefire seller has, I stumbled upon OTG. I did some price checks, and OTG was the best deal. They reached out personally to confirm I was getting what I wanted and that it was being rushed. OTG really went the extra mile to ensure I’d come back as a customer.

Shopping online can be a bit of a gamble if sellers aren't really into their online clientele. But let me tell ya, Off The Grid was super helpful and quick to respond, just like I was right there in the store.
